Sorry for your bad experience I am not sure were the miscommunication was but you do get three years maintenance which covers oil changes and tire rotations. John, Sorry for your bad experience, we acknowledged your VENT was open on the sunroof (the sunroof was not left open) and I contacted you immediately and offered to replace all the carpets and accommodated you on your bill. The carpets by no means had to be replaced but that is what you requested so I did it for you. Good luck in the future. Michael Capadona General Manager
