Piece of trim flew off my car and I had fears that it would not have been covered by Hyundai’s Bumper to Bumper Warranty based on experiences from other Hyundai dealerships of what I heard from friends. would not have been covered by Hyundai’s Bumper to Bumper Warranty based on experiences from other Hyundai dealerships of what I heard from friends. Service Advisor took a look at my car and immediately ordered the part for replacement. Called me to schedule an appointment to remove and replace the trim when the part came in- arrived for my appointment and they were done in 15 mins! While they are farther away from me, the service and “stand by their product” customer care is unparalleled. I will take the extra time to travel to Fuccillo for all my service needs after this experience! More

This department is awful! I brought my MKZ in for a spongy break pedal. I knew there was recall and I was told that it was $150 for them to look at my truck and make sure the problem was with the recal spongy break pedal. I knew there was recall and I was told that it was $150 for them to look at my truck and make sure the problem was with the recall. They called and said that the problem was the brake booster, which was the recall, and no charges. They called me back to tell me that they didn't fix the problem and for an additional $150, they would bleed my brakes. Nick is a coward and when I asked why it was so much, he placed me hold and had the poorest excuse for a manager pick up the phone. Pat insisted that if I wanted to pay, then he would look at it, if not come pick it up and hung up on me. I have been dealing with the Fuccillo Organization for years and I have never been treated so poorly! It's a shame that people like this will ruin the organization since this is how their managers and employees act. More

The staff and the manager were extremely rude and disrespectful they broke the driver side handle on my car and expecting me to pay for it.
