Our steering wheel had to be replaced due to a manufacturing defect in the stitching on leather (nothing major, just cosmetic). My biggest complaint was the lack of a loaner car. My car came in for an oil change and tire rotation on my first service for my lease. The service advisor explained an open recall for my vehicle, and i authorized it to be performed. During this update, the software crashed, which left my vehicle completely disabled. The service team apologized for the inconvenience and offered a rental car while the ECM was replaced. The work was completed within 24 hours, and my car was working perfectly. More
