Matthews returned my car to me broken after a lengthy repair to solve another issue. They tried and failed multiple times to resolve the issue through a series of long unsuccessful repairs. Now a bit lat repair to solve another issue. They tried and failed multiple times to resolve the issue through a series of long unsuccessful repairs. Now a bit later since the issue is still unresolved I have asked them to look at it. They responded by refusing to acknowledge their connection to the original problem, denying the warranty on their work or on the original part they broke, and asking me to pay hundreds of dollars to have them diagnose the problem. It goes beyond unethical and borders on criminal. More
The dealership serves its purpose but is not comfortable or a nice place to hang out while waiting for service. It’s not particularly clean or organized. Asked to look in to my fob, it does not work, nobody looked in to it. Waiting area is bare, no water or anything. Received notification that my car was under recall. Made appointment stating that this was the sole purpose. Brought car in, nada arrangement for ride and left vehicle.
