Well unfortunately the headaches continue… brought the car in and no one had a appt on record… but the service guy took it in and gave me a loaner. I thought the nightmare was pretty much over until after i got home my husband went under the car to find the areas that they missed… then called… no return call.. called again.. got the service manager.. all we wanted was for the missed spots to be done.. service mgr says he has to ask his mgr… xxxxxxxx continues… no calls.. husband calls again.. emailed photos.. now sales mgr says Nick the service guy will call to set up appt…nope… husband calls again and he finally gets appt to bring in…now lets see what happens… right now Im sorry i ever stepped foot into this place and i don't advise purchasing any add ons there. Its a full time job to micromanage what you paid for. Save yourself the headache. I don't think i will even use one extra service there that I purchased for fear of another future nightmare… we’ll see… i hope they at least finish what they did. Im just so disappointed… and the guy that sold by me the car pretty much abandoned me. What a shame…. I have 3 people I know looking for cars…
