My service experience was fantastic but there was a weird atmosphere in the waiting room, almost a used car sales vibe. Sales were not private, done right in the open area. Very different from my recent sales experience at a different, very professional dealership. And the salesman who weren't with customers were openly discussing their sales with each other in front of service and sales customers. Everyone was very nice and smiled warmly; it just wasn't what I expected from a reputable dealer. CONCLUSION: To be clear, Nick and the Service Dept were top-notch! Overhearing the sales environment was just a little off-putting. More
