Excellent service I am very happy with the service I received last Friday at Fuccillo. The battery on my 2015 Lincoln MKC was bad and I was surprised to hear it was cov I am very happy with the service I received last Friday at Fuccillo. The battery on my 2015 Lincoln MKC was bad and I was surprised to hear it was covered under warranty. Nick scheduled my appointment for the next day after I called and was very courteous, friendly and helpful. The work took a little longer than I anticipated but I am still thankful the problem was taken care of correctly and it didn’t cost me a penny. I am, however, still waiting for an email from the service department outlining the work that was done for me records. Thank you. More

Misdiagnosed problem had to go else for proper diagnosis !! Service was terrible Brought the car in it was misdiagnosed I was charged for the mis diagnosis then went elsewhere at the car properly diagnosed Service was terrible Brought the car in it was misdiagnosed I was charged for the mis diagnosis then went elsewhere at the car properly diagnosed brought it back and they confirmed that that was correct and now will fix it under warranty the best part is they offered to keep my initial payment from the misdiagnosis and Use it as a credit for an free oil change with my own money I said you should refund me and give me the oil change they scoffed at me. I would not recommend no use your service department again More
