Listening is always key I tried to explain to the employee what the problem was with my car which was the shifter and they absolutely did not listen to me. The kept insisting I tried to explain to the employee what the problem was with my car which was the shifter and they absolutely did not listen to me. The kept insisting that my whole ignition needed to be replaced. After sitting there for 3 hours my boyfriend had to literally show the mechanic what the issue with my car was. Then while I was waiting I kept getting conflicting responses about my warranty and after all of that nothing could be done that day. After talking with employee I said that it makes driving my car hard because I can't take the key out he told me there were no loaners available and then said that I should just leave my key in the ignition and use my spare to lock my car. Which is leaving my car open to be stolen. The only saving grace about this experience is that an appointment was made for me for first thing Monday morning. More
Engine expired...again. Replace with assistance from Hyundai When engine expired this time it was 22k out of warranty. Bob advocated for us and was our liasan with Hyundai. Always leave disappointed I’ve only been in for oil changes and every time I left disappointed. 1st time I was charged for the oil change. 2nd time I waited for my car for I’ve only been in for oil changes and every time I left disappointed. 1st time I was charged for the oil change. 2nd time I waited for my car for 3hrs and 18min then was told my oil changes are included in my warranty along with a car wash that I didn’t receive the first time. 3rd time no car wash. I wanna say I just had my 4th and got no car wash, my mileage wasn’t reset and on the little sticker they put on the window they never wrote the mileage. If I knew it would affect my warranty I would never go to this service department. Thanks for the car washes and “great service” More
