Great! I was having issues with the heat in the car a month ago and the tech did a computer update to see if that would resolve the issue. great crew/great service/horrible facility we had an appt. serv. mngr was terrific...everthing done on time......we ran into our salesman who answered a few more questions about our new purcha we had an appt. serv. mngr was terrific...everthing done on time......we ran into our salesman who answered a few more questions about our new purchase and assisted with missing paperwork for accessorys we had ordered. the entire gang here are top shelf professional and caring associates. the facility is terrible. horrible waiting area//no room for customers cars ///no room for drop off for repairs if you actually care about dents and dings. cant say enough good stuff about the whole experience of purchasing a vehicle with the employees. the bathrooms are old and worn out....black chairs in "break room /waiting " area all squezzed in together and pretty beat up. we actually turned around on a weekend when shopping for a new car just because of the crappy parking and tightness of the whole parking lot . Broken Spring I contacted the office to get advice and inquire if I am still under warranty? a recall? missed after searching the site. However, first call didn't c I contacted the office to get advice and inquire if I am still under warranty? a recall? missed after searching the site. However, first call didn't confirm specifics unless I bring it in, however I was told by a non mechanic if that's the spring you shouldn't drive the vehicle because it could bring more damage. So I parked the car and called the next day to speak with someone to research. The young lady was very pleasant and looked up my record and vin and responded back to tell me in fact your covered, very excited but nervous to drive the vehicle. I successfully made it and they assured me they would get it in asap, I was also happy to be shuttled home immediately to de-stress. The next day received a call stating all went well but a charge to balance out, still couldn't afford but it was all worth it. So thank you Lincoln Fuccillo for taking care of a customer who takes care of her vehicle and wants it to be safe on the roads. More

I didn't need to take 4 hours off for you to check my VIN and send me home. You had my VIN 8 dyas earlier and the parts should have been ordered or in stock for this 18 minute repair. More
