Nick told me the wait would be approximately 1 hour, 15 minutes. He came to the waiting area with 5 minutes to spare. To me what distinguishes a dealership is service and their employees. I could get the same Hyundai Tucson at several other dealerships, the reason I won't for my next car is my experiences at your service department. My recommendation for Matthews is to increase the size of the waiting area. More
