I was placed in a bad situation So I went to get my car serviced for my 15000 mile service and there were recalls on the car. They did everything and as I'm leaving the check engine So I went to get my car serviced for my 15000 mile service and there were recalls on the car. They did everything and as I'm leaving the check engine light starts flashing at me and I immediately take it back. They take my car and then say it's a broken wire harness and that it was on back order. So! Now I am without a car for God knows how long and they refuse to give me a rental cause I'm under 25. What really upset me is that it seems almost as if they were the ones to mess up my car and refused to help me out in the situation. I will honestly never return because that was a very angering and stressful experience. More

Listening is always key I tried to explain to the employee what the problem was with my car which was the shifter and they absolutely did not listen to me. The kept insisting I tried to explain to the employee what the problem was with my car which was the shifter and they absolutely did not listen to me. The kept insisting that my whole ignition needed to be replaced. After sitting there for 3 hours my boyfriend had to literally show the mechanic what the issue with my car was. Then while I was waiting I kept getting conflicting responses about my warranty and after all of that nothing could be done that day. After talking with employee I said that it makes driving my car hard because I can't take the key out he told me there were no loaners available and then said that I should just leave my key in the ignition and use my spare to lock my car. Which is leaving my car open to be stolen. The only saving grace about this experience is that an appointment was made for me for first thing Monday morning. More
