When checking in, I casually mentioned that I had lost my cell phone an This service department exceeded my expectations to an unimaginable extent. When checking in, I casually mentioned that I had lost my cell phone and was a little upset. 10 minutes later they came back with it, having looked deep in the crevices under the seat! Rescued! They took be back and forth to my home without making it seem an imposition. They did extra work for free after checking with Hyundai about an iffy situation, saving me hundreds. They really had my back and went above and beyond. Next time I come in I am bringing in some shirts that need pressing. Well. I will at least buy my next car there. More

Car is under warranty, hole appeared on back side of radiator. Never seen this before, initially nick cant cover under warranty, asked to talk to mgr, mulvaney. Mulvaney accused of someone tampering with radiator, oil had been changed over 1000 miles ago. He sent in pics to hyundai to see if they woukd cover and they coveted 60%. I had a text contact but never got a text on status, i had to cal multiple times each day. Mukvaney called twice in the three day span. Just disappionting overall, had to pay 450.00, not alot of contact during process. More
