They did everything to accomodate me. I had gone in for service and while it was being done, the power company turned off the electricity to make repairs. Fucillo drove me to work and pic I had gone in for service and while it was being done, the power company turned off the electricity to make repairs. Fucillo drove me to work and picked me up and gave me a loaner. They ended up having to rent a generator the next day, and had my car done so I could pick it up in a very busy day for me. Very happy with the way they resolved it all. More

The app is glitchy as xxxx, so this is not surprising. Could also be user error, of course. But at any rate, Fuccillo Service Dept was fantastic, prompt, and courteous. Great experience all around.
