Agents were great. Believe the work was done correctly. Major isses: 1. Waiting area small with ripped chairs and people close together 2 Parking is near impossible. When you find a spot the lane is narrow requiring multiple forward and reverse move with worrying about hitting a car. Worse facilities I have seen over 65 years of driving. More
came in on 10/13/23 to have console on dashboard and wipers looked at which should be under warranty. Service said both were faulty and needed to be replaced. Parts on order, would arrive in a week. Also stated brakes needed replacement and transmission flush done. I was going to schedule appt to have everything done at once. November came, no call from service. I called 4 times and was never able to reach a person. Middle of December someone called and wanted me to trade in my vehicle. I state I do not want to sell, I in fact am still trying to reach someone/fix vehicle. I finally got a call back from service that said they "dropped the ball" but now ordered part. I ask which one as two things need replacing. Service rep asked for details, didn't know two things were to be replaced, and hung up. Shortly after he calls back, again apologizes, says both parts were ordered and will (again) be here in a week. That was two weeks ago, and I have heard nothing. I am sure they don't care in part because it's under warranty but now you are also losing my business as I can't wait for brakes anymore and will somewhere else. Still waiting for any contact. Very disappointed. More

Well I'm always hopeful the deal ship would utilize technology. But the link via text never updated. I needed my car back 12/26 AM first thing.
