Veracruz repair Pleased that interest in trying to duplicate the issue was shown and that the repair shop correctly remedied the problem with the correct diagnosis. There was an issue that the parts needed were not on hand but overnighted. However another snag was that the part (axle washer) arrived not as a pair but only one in the package. So another overnight shipping. But the service attendant who was helping me, Bob, clearly explained the problems and quickly worked to get my service taken care of. More
