Way better than I expected. I purchased a used Lincoln from Fuccillo. It was not new or certified, just a 3 year old returned from lease. After driving for several months and sev I purchased a used Lincoln from Fuccillo. It was not new or certified, just a 3 year old returned from lease. After driving for several months and several thousand miles I really liked the car, until after sitting in the garage for 3 days the battery died. I expected to have to replace it on my own but called Lincoln Concierge service just to see what would happen. To my surprise, they dispatched a tow truck got the car started and took it on a flatbed to Fuccillo. A call from the Fuccillo Service Dept, Morgan, confirmed the need for a new battery. The battery was replaced and all of the various electronic apps were update and the car returned to me the next day, all with no charges. I don't know if other dealers are as accommodating, but I am very satisfied. More

Was advised that due to vehicles age, high mileage and only local usage no further maintenance was recommended. I highly appreciate the honesty as I probably could of been told the issue needed to be resolved and could of been charged for further maintenance but was not. More
