Matthews returned my car to me broken after a lengthy repair to solve another issue. They tried and failed multiple times to resolve the issue through a series of long unsuccessful repairs. Now a bit later since the issue is still unresolved I have asked them to look at it. They responded by refusing to acknowledge their connection to the original problem, denying the warranty on their work or on the original part they broke, and asking me to pay hundreds of dollars to have them diagnose the problem. It goes beyond unethical and borders on criminal. More

Heather answered all of our technical questions about the vehicle and definitely helped make the sale. The only "glitch" was caused by having to register our vehicle in MA. Heather and her support team put together a package that got me in and out of the MA Registry in under 13 minutes! Also a shout-out to Carl who spent a few minutes reviewing the package with me before taking the "dreaded trip" to the MA Registry - Perfect paperwork! Heather continues to communicate with us to ensure our experience remains positive. More
