They might be "huuuuuuuge," but their sales approach completely sucks. There are no cars in the showroom, just tables where you wait, like cattle being led to the slaughter. Should you be lucky enough to get a salesman (usually after a 30-45 minute wait - so much fun with kids!), most of the people they hire have the "dealership mill" mentality - get 'em in, sign 'em up, get 'em out. I've never been handled like such a piece of meat - but then again, I guess that's what makes them "huge." On the up side, their prices are terrific. More
