Hyundai Elantra buying experience Poor experience, poor work ethic in your employee Took over 6 hrs to get this vehicle in our hands. went wrong from the start picked a car we wanted Poor experience, poor work ethic in your employee Took over 6 hrs to get this vehicle in our hands. went wrong from the start picked a car we wanted to lease agreed on a price salesman took my downpayment shook my hand and said we had a deal and said we'd be out of there in no time all this before they even checked my credit. that fell though so we decided on an elantra he said that we could do and with out even showing me the car he had service start prepping the car. Salesman said they'd get the paper work done in the mean time left to get something to eat, when we got back he informed me I had to call my insurance and give them the info for insurance have never had to do that before anyway salesman gave me the wrong id # had to call insurance two more times before getting it right including the salesman talking to my agent and being extremely rude. over all it seems making a sale was the only important thing because fucillo will definitely never get my business again I'd be afraid to go there for service. by the way this was the cheapest car I have ever owned meaning it has nothing in it options whys really disappointed. More
