I was told I was Josh's first sale. He was very knowledgeable regarding every feature on my car. I was there 8 1/2 hours. No fault of Josh. For 2 weeks prior, I applied online, chose my car; spe knowledgeable regarding every feature on my car. I was there 8 1/2 hours. No fault of Josh. For 2 weeks prior, I applied online, chose my car; speaking & texting with Kacey numerous times. She told me everything was ready, gave me an appt time & told me to ask for another girl as she was off that day. She assured me everything would be ready & I would be in & out with my new car. I assumed she was a salesperson. When I arrived, I was told the girl I was told 2 ask 4, didn't see customers! They gave me Josh who was wonderful. However, I was informed Kacey works the phones 4 Marketing. Even though I did everything online & spoke with Kacey at least 10 times, she has no authority. Everything had 2 be redone, car wasn't ready. Kacey dileberately misrepresented herself & her "power" to do anything! Thus I was there 8 1/2 hrs. I was told management would address the problem. Josh is a HUGE asset; Kacey a HUGE liability to Fucillo Hyundai. More

My recall work ( software update) was done in half the expected time! Customer service was wonderful- polite and courteous.
