I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Fuccillo Hyundai. I found the salesperson condescending and unprofessional. On my first visit, the car I came for was sold the day before and it was Fuccillo Hyundai. I found the salesperson condescending and unprofessional. On my first visit, the car I came for was sold the day before and it was specific to a True car deal done over the phone with Kasey. I test drove another car because they said they would work with me on the price seeing the car I came for was gone. They did not do that. I left with them working on getting a car that I wanted from somewhere else. They never said they would not honor the True car deal because it came from somewhere else, and I only learned of that when the paper work was being done over for the third time when I came back a week later to see it. The first time the paperwork was done on a higher priced car I was never getting!! The sales person told me I did not need to drive the car I wound up buying because I test drove another one last week! While showing me the car I wound up buying, I was also told, "let me show you how the back seats go down because I don't want you to say (mocking me) that I never showed you". It took 4 hours start to finish on my second visit to buy the car. The sale was saved by Emily and Kevin who were very professional and apologetic, but the True car deal was not honored. If I didn't want the car so badly, I would have not continued the transaction. I'm not sure I would ever purchase another vehicle from them. The sales person should not be calling women customers honey and sweetheart, I wonder why this behavior is not being corrected. More
