It wasn't until I began exploring other options (selling it to them, selling to a third party, having a junkyard buy it for parts) that the parts magically arrived. I was working with "Senior Sales Associate" Billy Blattner on selling my car to the dealership. He told me he couldn't give me much, but would "get right on it". After a week of excuses (getting called away for a training seminar, my boss doesn't work on Mondays, etc) he finally just started hanging up on me when I called him. I then decided to just have a local junkyard pick it up for parts. I made the appointment and then when I called to inform the dealership I was told "did nobody call you? It's fixed.". Not really fixed though because it needed a new battery since nobody apparently bothered to start it for the whole 5 months. I was told that I didn't recieve a phone call because my service writer Todd was on vacation. Apparently the service dept was having similar phone problems as the sales dept. To sum up the people working here are either incompetent or xxxxxxxx. Either was I have never been happier to be rid of them. More

I brought it in for a bearing noise. I was told it was my front brakes and would cost close to $500. My car was picked up and front brakes addressed. Guess what? I DID need a front drive I was told it was my front brakes and would cost close to $500. My car was picked up and front brakes addressed. Guess what? I DID need a front drivers side bearing replaced. The bearing would be covered under warranty so Matthews Hyundai wouldn’t make money from me so they said it was brake issue. My service guy in the office was very nice but my car’s diagnosis was INCORRECT! I’ve read about issues with Matthews Hyundai and I didn’t agree but now I have to agree. Very disappointed with this dealership. Yes, I did have to pay out of pocket which isn’t fair to me. More

Avoid. Awful. Refuses to do warranty work by finding any excuse and forcing you to pay out of pocket. 5,400 mile vehicle and the catalytic converter/exhaust Awful. Refuses to do warranty work by finding any excuse and forcing you to pay out of pocket. 5,400 mile vehicle and the catalytic converter/exhaust system went and was told it was my fault and would cost $7,000. Place is a joke. Took it to another Hyundai dealership, they said it would be covered under warranty if it was faulty. Found out it was a bad sensor. More
Issue with my car always comes back. Not the dealers fault but annoying. Just waiting for the light to come back on like it has since I bought it new. Not the dealers fault but annoying. Just waiting for the light to come back on like it has since I bought it new. More
The dealership is a mess due to a major remodel construction project. They are using the Kia dealership they own about a half mile up the road for a customer waiting area. I was there for Hyundai r construction project. They are using the Kia dealership they own about a half mile up the road for a customer waiting area. I was there for Hyundai recall number 235 tow hitch harness. The notice from Hyundai said it should take less than an hour but the vehicle may be needed longer. I had a 1:00 appointment. The service person upon my arrival said the repair should take about 45 minutes. I was shuttled to the other nearby dealership. I was shuttled back and picked up my car just before 5:00. Almost four hours for an appointment that I thought would take half that time at most. To top it off when I got home and checked out the repair job I found that the replacement fuse that was installed is missing the top plastic cover that I assume helps protect the electric component and also indicates the amperage of the fuse. If a replacement fuse is ever needed I can only assume that it should be a 15 amp fuse because that’s what is mentioned in the recall notice. More
