I was contacted immediately by email and text messaging, as well as phone calls regarding an appointment and incentives ($50 for test driving). I decided to make an appointment and I worked with a young sales rep named Randall. I arrived at the apt 30 minutes early and he greeted me outside and we got started right away. It was busy during Memorial Day. I asked Randall a lot of questions (I sure did my research) and I was interested in two cars - Santa Fe sport and Tuscan 2017. We went over in detail the differences of the cars and I test drove them both. I explained to Randall what I wanted in the car (Apple car play, back up camera) and he helped me find the best tech package for me. He was not at all pushy and anytime he didn't have an answer he went and got it for me from his boss. He was very patient and understanding. He offered us sandwiches and treats while we waited and talked with us about weekend plans, eliminating all pressure. I decided to further talk to the finance man, chris, to get an idea of incentives. He let me see the computer rates and how the incentives applied. Most importantly, they honored other dealerships incentives for me (buying out the rest of my lease) without rolling in the payments. I checked my credit score coming in, and chris told me it was even higher! I appreciated the honestly in helping me get an even better rate. We came to a great agreement. When I arrived the paperwork was in works and it was a pleasant process. The car was very clean and drives great: I ended l with Santa Fe sport with popular tech package. I recommend fuccillo and ask for Randall to be hassle free. Also I did receive my test drive credit which was an extra bonus! More

Brand New Car - Saved Money My Sales Rep was extremely knowledgeable of all of the gadgets within the car. That is what impressed me the most. He know exactly what screen would come up next if you pushed up or down on the steering wheel control, he could recite the information needed for that screen and then move on to the next one. Explaining in details what it meant and what it did for me/the car. It was nice to have that vs. hearing "umm I think if you push it once it...oh no okay maybe its two clicks" type of conversation. I have never had a new car so being with someone who knew exactly where everything was helped with my own personal understanding of the car and all it had to offer. Everything else was great as well but that really impressed me. More
