It has been 6 weeks since we purchased our 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy and we still have not received the second remote entry key fob or the full tank of gas promised. Five times we have been promise Santa Fe Calligraphy and we still have not received the second remote entry key fob or the full tank of gas promised. Five times we have been promised the key fob was being overnighted and we would have it the next day. The information provided to our insurance company listed the incorrect VIN and we got two notices, one one from our insurance company stating our insurance was to be cancelled and a second one from DMV telling us our registration will be cancelled. NOT A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE!!!! More

Found out a few months after purchase (4/2023) that my breaks and rotors were the original ones from the manufacturer. I bought used and was told that my 2020 Tucson had new breaks and rotors and I was ch breaks and rotors were the original ones from the manufacturer. I bought used and was told that my 2020 Tucson had new breaks and rotors and I was charged for them. They are now shot and I have to replace and spend $1,000 to get this done. Cheap way to figure out you got ripped off by a car dealership. More

My husband and I took our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport to Matthews on late Friday afternoon because the check engine light wouldn't go out. Todd Scharping made an appointment on the spot for us! It ended up needing two O2 sensors, and they did the inspection that was due. Customer service was excellent. Todd kept us updated on everything from finding the problem, warranty coverage, ordering the parts, and when it was ready. Again, GREAT customer service! More
