My wife went in for a free oil change. while there she was told she needed an engine air filter, cabin filter and an alignment. The car has 15k miles on it. The sad thing is they wanted to while there she was told she needed an engine air filter, cabin filter and an alignment. The car has 15k miles on it. The sad thing is they wanted to charge her $600 for work that wasn’t needed. I then asked the service tech if he was serious and he told me it was recommended. Needless to say I’ll be bringing the car in for now on so my wife won’t get scammed. More

Many thanks to Ashley and Eric in the Service Dept. In helping resolve our engine problem with Hyundai. It was a long 41/2 weeks before our Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was returned to us. Hyundai agreed to In helping resolve our engine problem with Hyundai. It was a long 41/2 weeks before our Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was returned to us. Hyundai agreed to replace the engine. That was amazing since we had over 188,000 miles on our car. Also, a hairline crack was found on the manifold before the new engine was installed. We are grateful for that.
