I purchased a used Subaru Outback from here. The salesman didn't know much information about this vehicle. I think before you try to sell a vehicle, you should learn the features that it has. I was not informed but noticed a small chip in the windshield. I dropped my car off and picked up a loaner car. I asked the service manager to please look at other issues that I discovered. One, being the exhaust being loud and has a sputtering sound. I also asked about a fan sound that runs for about a minute after I turn my car off. I picked up the car. The chip in the window was fixed the best they could. According to my paperwork, the exhaust and fan noise was never looked into. The exhaust is still loud and the sputtering sound is still there...also the fan noise is still there. Not please at all. More

It was a real pleasure working with this dealership. They were very accommodating in every way. I felt so at ease and not rushed or pushed.
