I had a rough start to my 1st experience w Matthews Hyundai service w an incorrectly ordered part...AND boy did they ever step up to do the right thing for me moving forward. They made sure i got in t Hyundai service w an incorrectly ordered part...AND boy did they ever step up to do the right thing for me moving forward. They made sure i got in the next week, got a loaner car set up, were extremely customer service oriented, called to personally ensure things were on track for the visit. They really did an awesome job. Everyone makes mistakes - everyone. But a great indicator of character and integrity is how you handle those mistakes. Matthews took ownership, bent over backwards to make me feel appreciated as a customer and showed their true colors! More
