I was a regular customer of the auto agency and service department for many years. Russell knows me and I did have a short conversation with him during my wait for service. Unfortunately, a number of years ago, 3 situations occurred, back to back within weeks of each other. One in sales and two in service. Those situations were never resolved satisfactorily and left a bitter feeling about the agency. I purchase a new vehicle from another car agency and only recently returned for service. Because the car agency is so near I’ve given you another opportunity to make me happy. Today my service was quick, the staff was great and a service person, not the person working on my car, went out of his way to answer some questions I had and went out of his way to possibly resolve my problem at some future service call. Several months ago another service person did the same for me. Things are looking better for me about the agency. Thanks More
