My daughter called at least a 1/2 dozen dealerships trying to make an appointment to have her 2019 Fusion Platinum looked at because it was running really bad. Even if she had an appointment, they said it could be weeks before they could look at it because they were backlogged with recalls. We contacted Matthew Currie in Nokomis. JJ was assigned to us as our service provider . He gave us a shorter window of when they could take a look at her car. He kept us informed the entire time, after they were able to see that it was her flex plate cracked, walked us through time frames, coverages under warranty and put us in a loaner when it was determined the part was on back order. The other day , we received copies of work performed for our records. He was very professional and friendly. Made my daughters first service issue a breeze.
