Recall notice fix on our 2021 Explorer needed two visits for an engine mount attachment. All personnel were very friendly and informative. I made an appointment for a Ford recall service a week in advance. Told it was a job that should take “a few hours”. They kept my car all day without starting the service and without calling to tell me. Only advance. Told it was a job that should take “a few hours”. They kept my car all day without starting the service and without calling to tell me. Only after I called Friday evening and requested a call did I get one the next morning again being told my car would be ready in “a few hours”. I waited until 1:30 without hearing anything and called. They told me they just started the service. The car finally was finished around 4 pm. Terrible service and worse communication. Very disappointing More
