I made an appointment for a Ford recall service a week in advance. Told it was a job that should take “a few hours”. They kept my car all day without starting the service and without calling to tell me. Only advance. Told it was a job that should take “a few hours”. They kept my car all day without starting the service and without calling to tell me. Only after I called Friday evening and requested a call did I get one the next morning again being told my car would be ready in “a few hours”. I waited until 1:30 without hearing anything and called. They told me they just started the service. The car finally was finished around 4 pm. Terrible service and worse communication. Very disappointing More

I took my transit van in to get the tires rotated. I arrived on time and was quickly checked in. They started working on the van with in 5-10 minutes. Took extra car in positioning the van on the lift. arrived on time and was quickly checked in. They started working on the van with in 5-10 minutes. Took extra car in positioning the van on the lift. They quickly and correctly rotated and inflated the tiers to manufacture specifications. Overall very pleased with thee service department.
