The first service writer, Travis, was horrible. We left the car while we headed out of town for 4 days. We came back to nothing and him stating he told us it would take a week to look at it. We decided we would not leave the car there and take it elsewhere, but upon arriving at the dealership we met JJ. JJ took care of everything and made us feel comfortable. He made us feel it was OK to leave the car that he would get it taken care of. JJ took us outside and he looked at the car. Within five minutes he figured out what the problem was and stated he would have it fixed first thing in the morning, which he did properly. JJ is the reason that we will continue to use this service department. More
