Everyone was friendly and professional Bob Nicholas was our sales person and he did not try to oversell. I loved Rhonda she was quick to always answer my questions by email and contact me because I was scr our sales person and he did not try to oversell. Also thought Andy was very quick explaining the financing and of course he’s from Ohio which is where we’re from so that was helpful. The only problem I had was they only had one fob for my car and I have to wait until my service agreement starts before I can get a second fob that’s it for now thank you so much More
