Through their professional, and caring service, I was able to drive home the truck that I wanted. This didn't feel like a business transaction. From the initial test drive, where John put a tag on the vehicle, and said take it for a run around the block, and come see me when you get back. No hopping in, and telling me where to drive. He even helped me transfer bags of salt from my vehicle to the truck, so I could take it home for an extended test drive over night. This felt more familial than a business deal. When I returned the following day, both John, and Chad were very helpful in putting together a price that I was very comfortable with. Even while working with other customers, John made sure to keep me up to date as to where we were in the process. I never felt ignored. My time with Jarred was short and sweet thanks to his efficiency, and friendly professionalism.
