Impressive customer service! I recently came into Matthew Currie not expecting to come out with a new car! But to my surprise I was overwhelmed with the amount of knowledge, help, I recently came into Matthew Currie not expecting to come out with a new car! But to my surprise I was overwhelmed with the amount of knowledge, help, and patience of the people working at this dealership. My salesman Randy G. was so helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot! This was my first car purchase on my own and he really seemed to care and understood what I was looking for. I never felt pressured to buy or look at something I didn’t want. I also dealt with Alonzo who really helped me out all he could and I am grateful he was there to guide me through the banking process. So I just want to say thank you to everyone there and especially Randy for making the process so easy, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a salesman you can actually trust! Best Experience Ever with FORD and COMPETANT EMPLOYEE! My Sig other was recently diagnosed with dementia and I had to sell his car-Ford Fiesta-Randy was Extremely Courteous and helpful in making this hap My Sig other was recently diagnosed with dementia and I had to sell his car-Ford Fiesta-Randy was Extremely Courteous and helpful in making this happen for me-within 24 hrs the deal was made and completed--he knew I was under a lot of stress since I was traveling to St Pete several times a week where my Sig other was and is still in the VA. Hospital--I could not have had a more competent, caring and helpful employee/salesperson to assist me with this(car had been purchased 2-1/2 months ago at Fucillo and they really could care less about helping me at all-only approx. 1500 miles had been driven on it after purchase-and I know now I overpaid initially)I know now never to go to another dealer-- however Sig other was adamant about the original deal--I do hope Randy can be rewarded for his exemplary care and attention he gave to me in my time of need..He does deserve more than a "pat on the back" some kind of acknowledgement from your higher ups would be nice!!!One less piece of stress for me..now I just need to find nursing home placement for my sig other while I work a 5 day week in a Hematology/Oncology office locally-Thank you so much for having him as an employee!!! Randy Getchey was driving around in his golf car greeting and made me feel welcome with no pressure or spitting game just very pleasant and helpful. I found and beautiful F150 XLT with custom leather there for a great price and i had to jump on it and take her out for a spin. I was instantly in love with the power and fuel economy that comes with the ecoboost truck. I got a quick appraisal for my 300 and approval from the bank. I went to eat and when i came back all the paperwork and car was washed and gased up ready to go. Thank you Randy it was my pleasure to meet you.
