Feel like Ithis car is a lemon & want it fixed NOW. Purchased Ford Escape brand new in 2017, Have had trouble with care since day I purchased it. I had a previous Ford Escape that I loved; until it was Purchased Ford Escape brand new in 2017, Have had trouble with care since day I purchased it. I had a previous Ford Escape that I loved; until it was totaled in head on collision. Was thrilled to purchase another escape. Biggest mistake of my life. It makes an awful squealing sound when press on gas pedal; makes no diffeeence whether in drive or reverse. Have brought it into dealership several times, still not fixed. Now I’m told nothing is wrong. I have made recordings of the noise everytime they cared enough to listen. Fix this lemon. Was told to take it to another dealership. I don’t have time to take my car everywhere or spend the day there. Will really hesitate to buy Ford again. More

Sneaky fraudulant staff ! I bought a new 2018 Escape and the entire staff I dealt with I found out to be untruthful and sneaky. They "fit in" warranties that cost us $4612 bef I bought a new 2018 Escape and the entire staff I dealt with I found out to be untruthful and sneaky. They "fit in" warranties that cost us $4612 before you even realize what's happening. My fault for not reading more carefully. Also low balled on my trade-in and LIED to about the bank loan. I just called the bank and found out Matthews lied to us about MANY aspects of bank loan. I do not see how it can be legal for the dealership to tack on interest rates AND an early pay penalty THAT IS NOT A PART of the banks loan !! I was warned before we went there--we should have listened ! More

Fantastic Service Dept. We brought our Ford Expedition in for scheduled service, turn signal and back up cameras intermittent operation.
