Canadian with 2009 Ford Escape problems I had a defective water pump replaced. It was hard to troubleshoot at first since there was no engine noise when at the dealership first trip. They did not replace parts until they where satisfied that the correct solution was determined. No guessing. The service was excellent and they are an example of a well run and customer oriented business. When dealing with Kevin I knew I was in good hands. His expertise was very evident. He is the kind of employee any business would be proud of. The price was reasonable and I left more than satisfied. When on a road trip a car problem can be a nightmare.
