Keyless entry and faulty battery monitoring system I as pleased I was able to get the subject issues repaired under warranty with no hassles other than inconvenience and having to take time to go into I as pleased I was able to get the subject issues repaired under warranty with no hassles other than inconvenience and having to take time to go into the dealer. I am a bit dismayed and disappointed in Ford Quality of design or manufacturing issues or possibly component supplier issues that I had this issue at all and had to deal with it. It does not speak well to overall Ford Quality that this problem happened in less than 2 years of purchase of my new 2016 Edge. I also requested ESP Protect information from Service Manager Russel. He took time to sit down with me in his office and personally give me the information and price for an ESP plan for my Edge. Russel went out of his way to get this information for me. I am disappointed that I even need to consider and extended warranty plan at significant expense to keep my major and expensive purchase issue free and operational. I would like to see a more robust factory warranty to cover the vehicle for 5 years and 60,000 miles. Other auto manufacturers offer more extensive warranties for their cars and that will certainly be a major consideration in my next new car purchase. David Smity More

Brake job I was concerned, because my brakes didn’t feel right. I called and scheduled an appointment with Kevin. Turns out I was correct and I needed new rot I was concerned, because my brakes didn’t feel right. I called and scheduled an appointment with Kevin. Turns out I was correct and I needed new rotors and break pads. Kevin explained everything to me and quoted a price. I waited a few hours with a good book and snacked on the big bowl of candy that was there for everyone to enjoy. They even provided sandwiches at lunchtime. Kevin came out and showed me the rusted rotor and when the job was finished, the cost was just what he quoted. I think the service is excellent and the people who work there are pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to return if I need any work done on my car. More
