He introduced me to your salesman, Randy Getchev, who continued with me in the process of leasing my new vehicle. Their professionalism and product knowledge was outstanding. They worked hand in hand to make certain every aspect of the sale was simple and quick. Learning that I had two nephews in the business (Ford also in western NY) I became, and was treated like their uncle. Being refereed to as "Uncle Bob" puts a smile on my face and makes me feel so welcome. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated. They also made me a GREAT deal on my new Ford Edge. More
