Really good service department Had a bit of an emergency and needed a quick appointment for an unexpected issue. Got in that day and the service lane people were all over it. That was immediately put aside when I was introduced to Chad Westrick. He immediately put me to ease with Matthew Curry Ford. He introduced me to your salesman, Randy Getchev, who continued with me in the process of leasing my new vehicle. Their professionalism and product knowledge was outstanding. They worked hand in hand to make certain every aspect of the sale was simple and quick. Learning that I had two nephews in the business (Ford also in western NY) I became, and was treated like their uncle. Being refereed to as "Uncle Bob" puts a smile on my face and makes me feel so welcome. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated. They also made me a GREAT deal on my new Ford Edge. More
I feel that the dealership was deceptive The truck I purchased had the carpet ruined by sometime that was spilled on the passenger side front seat. The truck had an odd smell when I did my test drive and I commented to the salesman about the order and he did not disclose that the carpet was ruined. They covered up the problem with new floor mats. When I discovered the carpet issue I notified the general manager by email but NO response at all from the dealership. More

I landed up purchasing the Jeep. Chad Westrick helped in closing the deal to get the vehicle shipped to my home ,plus the purchase pricing to make it happen. Randy Getchey was a no pressure type of sales person, so everything went according to the plan. More
