I bought a truck from Matthew Currie Ford about less than a year ago. We have been back to the service department more times than I can count. Thank God we bought an extended warranty they offered, otherwise a year ago. We have been back to the service department more times than I can count. Thank God we bought an extended warranty they offered, otherwise we would of been out thousands of money. We are still bringing it back and this last time they completely refused to service our vehicle we bought from them. Mind you for the same problem they told us they fixed about 5 times. They are crooks, completely horrible customer service. Please do not ever buy a vehicle from them. I have also asked to speak to Brian the general manager who refuses any calls I was told?? And they keep telling me he is unavailable. Horrible. I have lived in Venice my entire life and have never had this experience. Please STAY AWAY!!! Russel the service manager completely said they will no longer service my vehicle. After not even calling me back HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE More
