Always the same great service. Brought the car in, without an appointment, to get an oil change. No problem. I asked it the dealer was offering any Oil Change specials and was told, just the Ford's The Works, which really is not a discount service. The service for my vehicle for the oil change (without tire rotation) was over $50. That seems some what high for a oil change. What happened to Factory Service at a reasonable cost? More

When I arrived Kurt my polite, professional service advisor explained that it would be quite a while to properly take care of my car. Kurt offered me a wonderful service that Ford offers- someone to drive you home & bring you back when the car was ready. Didn’t need it that day, but I think it’s a great perk. Mid-afternoon Kurt called me & very patiently explained the diagnosis for the engine light being on. He called later in the afternoon to tell me the car was ready. I bought the car from Matthews-Curry Ford & have always had it serviced there & have always been pleased. More
