I’m writing to call attention to the work of Amber Rodgers in Service. On a late Thursday afternoon, our car wouldn’t start and on Friday morning we had to be at the hospital. I pretty well panicked a Rodgers in Service. On a late Thursday afternoon, our car wouldn’t start and on Friday morning we had to be at the hospital. I pretty well panicked and called our ford dealer for help. Amber calmly explained my options and helped me get in touch with Ford’s Roadside Assist and arrange a car rental. In addition to getting me through a tough moment which allowed us to get to the hospital on time, she did our road service and repair under warranty and even personally disinfected our repaired vehicle when we picked it up. We have been customers at Matthews-Curie for 15 years and are quite satisfied; however, we were especially grateful to Amber for her efforts. More
