The only things they will fix are recalls because they HAVE to. Everything else is magically not covered by the expensive bumper to bumper unlimited mileage waranty we bought or they "just don't hear the HAVE to. They won't fix anything unless they absolutely have to which is why recalls are the only thing they're good for. You're better off going to your regular mechanic. More

Dealer was very helpful in servicing my recalls, even though I purchased a car used and not from them. They also have a night drop off that was very handy and the pick up was very quick It seems as thoug though I purchased a car used and not from them.
