The service was fine as always, however I found the new help at the desk was most condescending. This has NEVER happened to me at Burne Honda. I had an issue with my 1 year old vehicle making a noise in the rear. I attempted to get it fixed twice to no avail. I requested to speak to the service manager, Egon and he called me immediately! He had me come down to the dealership and brought out one of his top technicians and told me that we should go for a ride in my car so be could hear the noise personally. He and the Mike P. both acknowledged my concerns, assured me they would handle it in a timely manner and the problem was fixed in a matter of a couple hours!
