Oil Change Service I scheduled an oil change and when I dropped my car off they scheduled me for a service costing around $200 without my knowledge. If I had not asked for them to rotate my tires along with the oil change I would have not been told about the extra service. This is a deceptive practice and should not happen in such a reputable dealership. More

Egon was outstanding in his communication skills. He explained all the ins and outs of the work to be done and was able to keep the time my vehicle was in the shop to a minimum.
