Emergency call When my car suddenly started making a horrible noise, they told me to bring it right in. I was expecting to have to wait a long time since it wasn’t When my car suddenly started making a horrible noise, they told me to bring it right in. I was expecting to have to wait a long time since it wasn’t scheduled service. It turned out to be a minor problem and I was out of there in just over an hour with the problems completely resolved. The service manager was extremely nice and in doing a routine check just because I was there, they found my air filters also needed replacing. It was a very pleasant experience all the way around. Service is Great I really like getting my service done at Matt Burne Honda. I feel that it is very individualized, they do not give you a buzzer like some of the bigg I really like getting my service done at Matt Burne Honda. I feel that it is very individualized, they do not give you a buzzer like some of the bigger dealers in the area. When your car is ready they come and get you by name. When the mechanics realized I needed another part, Egon told me they had to order another part, and that when I came down the next time, I could bring my vehicle down at my convenience. When I came back, the technicians actually replaced the entire roof panel to ensure that I would never have an issue with the part, even though I only needed a small portion of the part replaced. I felt that this really was a testament to their service and dedication to their customers. More
