Helpful and friendly service. I had an oil change scheduled and the night before my car battery went kaput. They next morning the service department added on the installation of a new battery with no hesitation and also knocked down the price with a service special coupon. Excellent service and a pleasant experience. The waiting area is well lit with a large screen tv playing and free coffee. More

The only disappointment I had this time was, that I had to call the Service department to see if my parts where in, so I scheduled my appt for last Friday, and then on Saturday I received a notice by US mail, that my parts were in, and to call to schedule the appt. after the fact that I already had it repaired the day before. I only have Burne service the automobile.Service managers are always helpful...have primarily dealt with Mr. Berardinelli who always watches out for any issues and advises me about them.
