I am grateful to this family owned dealership! I needed to get to work in Boston, MA, and I had an issue with one of my tires. I called Matt Burne Honda, and a gentleman named Jack told me that i I needed to get to work in Boston, MA, and I had an issue with one of my tires. I called Matt Burne Honda, and a gentleman named Jack told me that in spite of being totally booked, that they would certainly assist me. They had so many customers that I was not sure I would be able to find a spot! The mechanics worked on my car immediately, and they repaired my tire. They could have easily replaced it and charged me full price. Instead, they took the time to fix the tire, charged me the bare minimum ($22, if memory serves), and I was back on the road in record time. I was astounded that I was prioritized, being a new customer with no prior history with this service center. Because of their kindness, I was able to make it back to Boston on time. I am forever grateful to the people at Matt Burne Honda, and I highly recommend this place to everyone! More

He knows that my family will be using the care they are working on it and strives to make the vehicle safe and in top running order after any service. Never Again This is not the first time I had been to Matt Burne Honda Service Center. I have had relatively good experiences in the past when I would go to them This is not the first time I had been to Matt Burne Honda Service Center. I have had relatively good experiences in the past when I would go to them regularly for oil changes (the wait was excessive ranging from 1-3 hours, but the people were friendly) when I had a loan on my car, of which I had bought from Matt Burne Honda in 2012. However, this last visit was unacceptable. I called the service center on 12/5/2018 to scheduled an appointment as I had received a recall for the passenger air bag, and to find out why my 2012 Pilot was only operating in rear wheel drive (4 different lights came on). The next available appointment was December 20, 2018. I asked over the phone how much it costs for diagnostic and about how long the whole process would take. I was told a minimum of 2 hours and that it would cost about $100 to hook it up to the computer. My husband brought the car in at 1030 and was told it would cost $96 dollars to find out what was wrong with the car. He and his friend walked to the nearby mall and went Christmas shopping knowing they would be waiting for the time period I was told. They got back around 1330 and waited in the waiting area until 1630 when the car was finally finished. During the wait, my husband had gone to speak to the tech 2 different times to check on a status as he was never addressed otherwise. When the car was finished, he was charged $255.46 and was told it was the catalytic converter and some sensors (this we already knew as we had brought it to a local mechanic who said that it needed to go to the dealer because he had replaced a sensor and it didn't change anything, so he thought it might have something to do with the computer in the pilot). He expressed his disappointment in the wait and the extra pricing but paid them to get the keys. He then went to an auto store, hooked the car up for diagnostic and was told that Honda didn't even clear the codes from the local mechanics diagnostic and just wrote those down on the parts list needed for the car based on those findings and what they came up with. So not only did the vehicle take all day with a severe lack of customer service, they also charged him $159 extra which could not be explained. We will not be visiting Matt Burne Honda service center again. Additionally, the day I received an email to rate the service center on this website, a woman named Carol from Matt Burne Honda called and left me a voicemail stating, "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please call Jack Munley (provided phone number) with any concerns." While I understand they would want unsatisfied customers to call and not have the reasoning public, I believe it is best so there is a fair rating of their service center posted online for others to consider. More
