Not the usual outstanding service I usuualy receive I have been dealing with Burne Honda since 1987. Every visit until this one has been outstanding. The condescending attitude from the person checking me in to the cashier was not what I have come to expect from this dealer and service center. I have not been receiving service recommendations and coupons in the mail. When I arrived for the oil change service and problem with the remote starter, I scheduled, it was recommended that I have the 30,000 mile service. Turned out no problem with the remote starter which was good news. As for maintenance work, I need to budget these types of service calls. I had them do the recommended service while I was there so I wouldn't need an additional visit. The gentleman who took my key fob separated it and didn't tell me. He just handed my key chain back to me. I never separate my keys because I don't want them lost. At time of cashier, she did go over everything that was done very quickly. When I was given my key, I realized something wasn't right. She took it back from me and proceeded to put it back together. She said in a not-so-polite tone, they do this to make it easier for the service guy. This was news to me since they have never done that in my three years of owning this vehicle. I will be sure to wait for Egon or Jack to be available to take care of my visit in the future. They have always been polite, explain everything, make recommendations and include coupon discounts when able to do so. More

Dead battery I used Honda roadside assistance, got it started, and drove to Burne’s. Wheel speed sensor I had to have a wheel speed sensor replaced on my HR-V. They ordered the part which was received in a timely fashion. Many dealerships couldn’t care less after they make the sale. Burne Honda goes out of their way to keep your business. More
