It’s very hard to reach the service department. I had to call the front desk to have her transfer me to someone. Had to have torque converter replaced due to transmission system problem. Fortunately repair was covered by extended warranty. They had the car for a week so I had to rent a car at a cost of $350 due to no l system problem. Fortunately repair was covered by extended warranty.
