Poor listening skills I called to make an appointment--the first one ever with this auto and with this dealership. I said I needed it serviced because it was the first one I called to make an appointment--the first one ever with this auto and with this dealership. I said I needed it serviced because it was the first one, etc. I also indicated a noise I heard. When I arrived, I was greeted and the man mentioned the noise. I left the car and headed for another appointment. When I returned, the car was ready. The man I talked to at this time was NOT wearing a mask when dealing with me not was he wearing one when he was standing around the other workers talking to them. He told me that they couldn't replicate the noise I had heard. When I asked how much the bill was, he said zero. Then I asked about the oil change, filter, tires, etc. I said the oil level was at 40%. He said "Oh no!" "Wait til it gets to 15%; you have another thousand miles." Nobody ever asked me what it was reading when I made the appointment. In the end, I came down for nothing. Now I'll have to make another appointment in a few weeks to do this all over again!!!!! When this email asks about the "awesome service," I would have to say absolutely not! I was and still am very annoyed! I expected more and got way less! More
