Last week, had my 2019 Civic in for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up, found out that my car needed an INSPECTION AND TIRES. The staff had tried to contact me while it was there but an o rotation. When I picked it up, found out that my car needed an INSPECTION AND TIRES. Since my daughter drives this car, called her, checked her schedule and in 5 minutes, called Burne Service back, appointment made for the tires and inspection and all was right with the world. Car was completed on time YESTERDAY and is now up to date and a real smooth ride. Many thanks to the best, most efficient service dept in the area, the staff and skilled service techs at Burne Honda!
